1 Definitions

• “Platform” refers to the digital systems, web portals, mobile applications, and APIs operated by Digital India Yug.
• “User” refers to any individual, business owner, student, job seeker, or franchise partner accessing the Platform.
• “Services” encompasses registration facilitation, scheme discovery, document verification, certificate issuance, and partner onboarding.

2 Scope of Services & Intermediary Role

2.1 The Company provides a digital facilitation and enablement ecosystem connecting citizens, students, enterprises, and agents with relevant welfare initiatives, government schemes, and partner banking programs.

2.2 The Company acts strictly as a technology facilitator and information intermediary under applicable IT laws. The Company does not directly approve government loans, grant subsidies, or guarantee job placements, which remain subject to official regulatory criteria.

3 User Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements.
• All information, documents, and credentials submitted during registration are accurate, valid, and truthful.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4 Fees, Payments & Settlement

4.1 Platform registration fees (such as Citizen Onboarding at ₹599.00 and Authorized Partner Franchise at ₹5,999.00) cover processing, digital verification, document hosting, and dedicated support.

4.2 All online payments are securely processed through RBI-authorized payment gateways. Fees are subject to our Refund Policy.

5 Intellectual Property & Certificates

All digital certificates issued by Digital India Yug contain unique alphanumeric identifiers and cryptographic verification seals. Unauthorized duplication, fraudulent alteration, or commercial resale of certificates is strictly prohibited.

7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
