Refund & Cancellation Policy

1 General Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made on the Platform, including Citizen Registration fees (₹599.00), Authorized Partner Franchise onboarding (₹5,999.00), and related service facilitation charges, are strictly non-refundable once processed and activated.

• Registration fees cover immediate digital record creation, database indexation, and digital certificate compilation.
• Operational costs associated with document verification, SMS dispatch, and cryptographic certificate signing are incurred immediately upon transaction confirmation.

2 No Guarantee of External Results

Digital India Yug provides technology-enabled facilitation, scheme advisory, and documentation support. The Company does not guarantee external statutory decisions, including:

• Direct loan sanctions or credit line approvals by commercial banks.
• Government subsidy disbursements subject to ministry discretion.
• Guaranteed job placements or employer hiring decisions.

3 Duplicate Payment & Technical Exceptions

In the rare event of a technical anomaly where a user’s bank account is debited more than once for the same registration order:

• The duplicate payment will be automatically identified by our automated payment reconciliation engine.
• The excess amount will be refunded directly to the original source bank account/UPI ID within 5 to 7 business days.
• Users may also report duplicate debits with payment reference IDs to our helpdesk at support@digitalindiaregistration.com.

4 Cancellation Policy

Because citizen records and partner franchise credentials are provisioned in real time upon payment confirmation, cancellation of an active registration is not permitted once the digital certificate has been issued.
